The development includes 12 restaurant pad sites, 8 retail pads, and a 40,000 sq ft anchor space currently in negotiations with a regional grocery concept.
Confirmed tenants include Bonnie & Clyde's Farmington, Karie Anne's Bakery, and Haven Hair Studio, with 6 additional LOIs (letters of intent) from restaurant and fitness concepts.
The new Maverik convenience store at the north end of Maker Way serves as a traffic anchor for the corridor, with the full retail village positioned to capture that daily traffic.
